Orthopedic Surgeon okayed!

I'm a true size 7 for 45 years and these are just slightly short. The footbed took a bit to get used to, so I broke them in by wearing them every 3 days or so. And now I have to say I'm a Birkenstock fan. The cherry on top was this morning when an orthopedic surgeon said "excellent shoes" and withdrew his tentative yet serious surgery recommendation only if I kept wearing these shoes! A broken foot 26 years ago really has caused some nasty arthritis and foot movement- age can be challenging! But I'm now a Birkenstock girl! Highly recommend.
