runs very small

I am a size 14 I was so excited to get this skirt in black and ivory . This skirt in xl was more like size 10 . It’s a great made skirt if your a smaller size . Had to return both skirts

Bought this for J, beautiful skirt. Looks so nice I bought two, both marked XL. Both so tight, she can't zip up all the way. Look more like M.
