Saw the product is "available for pickup today"; ordered, waited, til the day is almost over and still "preparing for pickup". Checked with the pickup guy and "the order is still not ready" while the same cap is right at the counter, so comeback with another pickup white chick, told her to cancel the order then all of a sudden "Boom!" The order is ready, wow~Magic! You guys have some major issue, you work as a sales in a department store, you got no attitude to give.
