Found this to run slightly small- like H&M typically does. Cute top for the price, slightly short in length and wish it came down fully to the hips

This definitely runs small. It almost seems like perhaps it’s Juniors sizing. I’m usually a small and ordered a large. The length is short as well. The style is very cute, but not sure if I will keep it.
