Size up very classy
Ok so I splurged on this coat . Debated for the longest . Technically couldn’t justify living in Seattle but what sold me was the fit and the lifetime warranty.
You only need this coat and can keep it forever . Canada Goose repairs this jacket if it rips over time for a small fee like $40 . You will never have to buy another coat.
You will still need a raincoat if you live in Seattle though. This coat is water repellent but it won’t last past a two hr downpour just keep that in mind when deciding to get dressed and go out in the rain . Size up I am usu a medium but bought a large and it’s perfect! I’m 5’2 and 145 pounds

BAD FINISHING
I ŵould expect the quality control to top of its class due to the high price tag of the jacket. Finishing was not perfect as a thread was loose due to some stitches were undone. I am attaching some picture. I just received the jacket shipped to San Antonio because my residence is in Mexico City and I ordered the jacket to ship to Sán Antonio Tx ŵhere my doughter lives.

Disappointing
I was really disappointed by this coat. The material is very thin and feels like it could rip easily, there isn’t enough down fill to keep you warm. I could feel the light wind through it.

Tight
I ordered my usual size and it was very fitted and seemed uncomfortably tight across the chest area and shoulders - definitely could not have layered under it. I liked the length of the coat. However for the price of this coat from this brand - I felt like it’s not as heavy or full of down like other coats I’ve purchased from this brand. Nordstrom also doesn’t give you the garment hanger or the storage box that normally comes with this coat when ordered from Canada Goose.

This was not warm. For the price I was expecting to be warm. Very lightweight. I opted to buy the Allistar that is the next level for negative temps. It was 30 degrees out and I was cold in this coat. Live the fit and length was perfect!

Runs small, great jacket
I love this coat- it keeps me so warm! It falls to my calf (I'm 5'3) but has plenty of room so that I don't feel like I'm stretching it when I sit, cross my legs, etc. I bought the M, which fit like a glove but pulled a bit across the chest (I'm not large chested). I panicked and instead bought the Large so that I could wear sweaters, etc under the coat.
