Beware Before Ordering from FullBeauty Brands
This store operates under different shipping and return policies compared to Nordstrom. They lost my return (two dresses) in their warehouse, and I never received a refund. Despite contacting both Jessica London and Nordstrom, neither resolved the issue. Based on this experience, I will avoid FullBeauty Brands and any affiliated brands going forward.
