Pendulum
I called your customer care number and talked to women who was to help me. When assembling the clock, it was obvious that the pendulum did not fit well. It was sloppy and when it rotated it would go crooked. She said that she would look into sending a new pendulum and getting back to me. I have not heard from her. My husband wrapped some tape on the part that the pendulum sat on and it kept it rotating straight. But for the price I didn't want to have to adjust the pendulum in that way.
