Buckle Shirred Surplice Long Torso One-Piece Swimsuit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want swimwear to slim my mid section. The idea of this is good as far as a hidden tummy control and internal bra support. Unfortunately, even though the tag specifically says “Made to fit perfectly with added length for a better fit for all body types”, it was actually not long enough at all. I am 5’5”, so I was surprised how short waisted it is. Also, I got my normal size and it was way too tight around the leg openings and the shoulder straps dug into my shoulders because it is too short. The straps are not adjustable, so there was nothing I could do about that either. I’m also not a huge fan of the pattern. It looks like a snazzy older woman pattern. But it doesn’t look youthful. I could see a shorter classy older woman rocking it for a cruise vacation. It just didn’t work for my style or body type. That said, the materials and workmanship are excellent. You can tell it is durable.
