AGAIN SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE

Another dress sent to me, got a DIFFERENT SIZE from which i ordered. I ordered 12 and got a size 16. I CANT RETURN IT, I M OUT OF THE COUNTRY. I AM VERY WARY OF ORDERING DRESSES. Thus has happened to me twice this year.
