Feeling Famous Underwire Balconette Bra

Style is beautiful, but sizing is inconsistent. I bought this in two colors, and one had a band that was significantly bigger than the other. Also, both bands are bigger than all my other BT bras in the same size (and they don't offer a smaller band size). I'd always had good luck with BT bras in my size, so this is frustrating.

This is supposed to be a balconette. The cups were the same height as the regular T Shirt bra I got in the same order -- BAD!! Balconettes are specifically made to be shorter cups, so that they fit bottom-heavy boobs like mine. I don't have hardly any fat at the top of my breasts, so regular bras tend to gape open and have empty space in the top 1/3 of each cup. Yet...this "balconette" is the same height as the T Shirt bra I got from here, when it SHOULD have had a much shorter, squarer cup shape. It looks like a balconette-type shape in the images, so I don't understand why it wasn't that way in real life. It didn't fit, not even a little. It was HUGE cups that gaped strangly. The T Shirt bra (sister size to the balconette, 36DD) did fit, with a little bit of gaping (as expected). I'm so disappointed.

This style is great the cup is soft in the inside. The outer layer lace is pretty and still pretty smooth under clothing it does have a bit of texture but totally functional. The straps are soft and provide a great comfort and smoothness. The shape of the cup is great for a nice lifted silhouette. I totally felt like I had a fun pretty bra but still very put together under clothing.
