high quality, foot-shaped, and comfortable
I really like these. The other reviews aren’t actually reviewing the boot. These are very high quality. Well made, soft supple leather, comfortable flexible upper, cushy cork sole and most importantly a nice wide toe box shaped like a foot. Most Chelsea boots crowd and crush the forefoot and toes, but not these! They look great, too. The few other wide toe box Chelsea boots that I have found are very ugly. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and an 8 fit perfectly.

Never received my boots and forced to pay for them
I wouldn't know because I never received the items due to it missing/stolen. I contacted customer service and they told me there isn't anything they could do and that I was still going to be charged for the two boots that I ordered and unfortunately don't have them in my person. I can't believe I have to pay for and item that I don't have. Very bad customer service on your part.
