lovely hat
I purchased the macadamia color. I have a 22” head circumference and the XS/S fits perfectly. I did use the adjuster to make it slightly smaller, so this should fit a head circumference that is 22-1/2”. I really like the slightly pinkish straw color. My hat has a straight brim, unlike the review photo posted.

WORST experience ever
I ordered this hat on 12/10 for my trip on 12/20. My first order was canceled without explanation SIX days later. Then, I was able to reorder on 12/16. I was then told it could be expedited and will still be here by 12/20. I checked on the order on 12/19 and the second order was NEVER shipped. I called and was somehow told they couldn't cancel the order. Absolutely insane. Never again Nordstrom. I am done. You have lost my business for good.

Great but yellow
High quality hat that feels like it’ll pack well, but in the end, the color is more yellow than the photo. I plan to wear it with white, so this doesn’t work. The brim isn’t super flat, but that comes with the territory of anything packable. Great hat, so I recommend it if the color is fine for your needs.

Not even close.
Color is not “dark tan,” ribbon around the hat is poorly sewn, shape is very floppy and doesn’t hold. Super disappointed with this one. Also, reviews mention wearing a “sweater underneath” which leads me to believe the wrong items were included in the round ups for this hat.

Beautiful Hat
This would have been the perfect hat! When I opened the box the crown of the hat WAS TOTALLY CRUSHED! The box it was shipped in was big enough for the hat, this just tells me it was crushed before it was shipped. Really disappointed .
