These pieces are not inexpensive.
These pieces are not inexpensive. First time use when you collapse the bag it does not stay collapsed. Very frustrating.

Almost perfect
I think this a lovely suitcase and perfect size for carryon. I like the look and feel better of this better than the soft side Carry-On Expandable Spinner.
I’m disappointed, however, that this does not have the same garment feature as the soft-side one does.
The garment accessory that you can buy separately is too big for this bag.

I love the smaller size
I love the smaller size for this suitcase which will cater to our travels around Europe for smaller trips inside our European vacations. The case still holds enough clothes for three days us accessories, but it will fit in smaller spaces allowing us to take excursions without checked bags.

Excellent Carry-On
I purchased my international carry-on to go on a week-long trip overseas. It was the first time I used a carry-on for a week’s trip. My luggage was very spacious (no ridges from the handle posts, and I felt confident in the quality and strength of the bag). It served me well!

Needs a handle on the bottom.
I like the look of the bag and the expandable feature. I do feel like it needs a handle on the bottom like the soft side bags have. I overlooked the absence of a handle and would not have purchased the bag if I had noticed.

Pretty good
I used it twice so far. It easily scratched and has scuff marks already. I also find the zippers to be difficult around the corners. Not as good as I think it should be for the money.
