These feel amazing right out of the box. The adjustable hook-and-loop strap is amazing! I have extremely high arched and clog-style shoes almost always hurt the bone on top of my foot. Not the case here; the Mary Jane-style open top gives my foot plenty of room and I can adjust the strap for a perfect fit. It also makes it easy to adjust them for wearing with socks vs. without. Everything about the materials and construction feels fantastic as I would expect from Dansko. Onto the main reason I purchased: these look great with wider leg pants! As an elder millenial it’s been a journey to update my look without sacrificing comfort and quality. These are the solution to “what shoes do I wear?” They look great with full-length and more cropped/ankle length. Super versatile and comfy, but still chic and a bit different. Highly recommend!
