Poor quality and disappointing
I bought this massager as a gift. The outer box was sealed and looked fine, but I noticed something rattling inside as if parts were loose or broken. I opened it to check, and unfortunately, the inside packaging and several small parts were completely broken. It was really disappointing, the product quality is clearly very poor. Definitely not what I expected, especially for a gift.
