beautiful, but sizing is large

Beautiful shoes, but the sizing is large. I ordered size 7. It came with a size 7/Europe size 38. I thought normally size 7 is European size 37, and US size 7.5 is Europe size 38. Anyway, with socks, they are still loose unfortunately.

I bought the black ones & they are stunning and very comfortable as soon as I put them on. Once they soften up and break in they will feel like sneakers. They’re so cute too and go with jeans, slacks, or a skirt. The quality is evident without a huge price tag. These are a staple!
