Misleading and Dishonest Return Policy Beware!
I am absolutely furious with Nordstrom and their deceptive online shopping experience. I bought a piece of clothing for my son that turned out to be far too big. When I tried to return it in-store, I was shocked to be told that it was a third-party marketplace item and could not be returned at Nordstrom. Instead, I was told to contact the manufacturer myself. This is completely unacceptable — because on Nordstrom’s own app, the product page clearly states that in-store returns are accepted. I even showed the screenshot to the staff. The employee then told me that there is some “fine print” hidden on their website saying otherwise. The worst part? That fine print only appears after you’ve paid! I checked carefully during checkout — there was no indication whatsoever that this was a third-party item or that it had special return restrictions. The store associate even admitted that customers are not told which items are third-party. How is that okay? How are we supposed to know we’re buying something with a different policy? This is incredibly misleading and dishonest. It feels like Nordstrom is intentionally hiding this information to trap customers into purchases they can’t return. Nordstrom has always claimed to stand for quality and customer service, but this experience shows otherwise. I’m posting this to warn others — check everything carefully before you buy, because Nordstrom’s “fine print” is not visible until it’s too late. Has anyone else experienced this? This kind of shady practice should not be happening at a company like Nordstrom.

Buyer Beware
This product is sold by a third party and you don't realize that it's in fine print until it's too late that you can't return it to Nordstrom. I've been a very loyal customer with Nordstrom for so many years but this is deceptive and has changed my look on the brand. I'm highly likely never to shop here again because of this as I'm not able to return the product

NOT for skiing
The title says winter ski jacket. I bought for my son to wear skiing and the first time he wore it the entire side seam blew out. Clearly not a quality item and no quality checks were done. As other reviews have stated, returns are miserable. It can’t go to Nordstrom and has to be shipped back across the country to return. I’ve been waiting a week to hopefully get refunded. Really unpleasant shopping experience.
