crazy comfortable and chic, run large
I'm a 12 in most NYDJ Marilyn & Barbara styles but am a 10 in this style. I carry all my weight in my middle and could possibly have taken a size 8, but I prefer a relaxed feel. I've worn them many times in between washing and the fit remains great. Great style jeans, they are so comfy. I'm 5'8" and they are a perfect ankle length, great with jeans and loafers. They washed well. I typically hang dry.

Fit isn't what I expected
These jeans are looser and more high-waisted than other NYDJ jeans I've owned. I usually like high waists but this is just a bit too high. A little baggy on the rear, too. Not sure I'll keep them.
