Beautiful but the closing system needs improvement

The necklace is beautiful and looks great on its own or layered with other jewelry. However, the closing system does not work. The sphere that hold both sides keeps sliding down which impedes the necklace to stay in place. Also, I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and already am seeing signs of oxidation in parts of the piece, despite following care directions. Disappointed because I really wanted to love it.

Absolute Favorite Piece of Jewelry!

I absolutely LOVE this dainty necklace. It's adjustable- I wear it as a choker or collar grazing, depending on the look; it's incredibly sparkly and delicate, plus beautiful quality. I'm considering repurchasing to have a spare or to wear at different lengths.
