They’re not shipping it, and when I called them, they apologized for the incident. They offered to charge me for a new item or give me a refund after 3 or 5 days. That’s not fair because I bought this gift specifically for my girlfriend’s birthday, and I haven’t received it yet. I’m disappointed.
