These steak knives are "hands down" the finest available. The serrated edges cut with ease and the substantial size is perfect. And oh how beautiful the bonded ash is! This knife works just as advertised. The blade is thin but rigid so slicing through hard cheese is a breeze. The side-fluting strongly resists the cheese from adhering to the blade, as well. It is also pleasing to the eye for those concerned about a cheeseboard presentation.
