terrible service

I am very unhappy when this was ordered I was not notified that it was a Nordstrom market place item and not traditional Nordstrom. They sent the wrong item. When I drove to return the incorrect item, I was told Marketplace items cannot be returned in-person. This was a huge hassle and terrible communication!
