This should be a snug measurement where the bra band lays. Bust Size (Over Bust): Measure around the fullest part of your chest across the nipple line. We don’t want to measure too tightly or squish the breast tissue.

Great option for tween girls!
I purchased this for my daughter who's in her tween ages right now My daughter says it's extremely comfortable and provides good coverage for her. One of her absolute favorites! Great bras for young girls! I did size up a bit for her as her measurements landed a little in between two sizes and sizing up was definitely the way to go!
