I was so excited to see this shoe go on sale at Nordies because I have been dying to try this brand. The shoe is well-constructed, comfortable and I loved the unique style. It ran big on my heel, slipping in the back. I knew I would love it in the right size, so I went in my local Nordy to exchange and have them order in a different size (my Nordies does not carry this brand in store). Well the shoe was no longer on sale, which was fine, I still want the shoe, just in a different size. Sounds easy right? Nope. My sales associate returned the shoe, attempts to order the new size and price adjust so it is an even exchange and their system wouldn’t allow it. I asked to speak to two different managers and they both said there was nothing they could do. Since this was a “marketplace” item, Nordstrom won’t honor the price I paid for it and if I want to get the shoe in the correct size for my foot, I would have to pay full price (more than I paid). This is a CRAZY policy. For a store that used to pride itself on customer service excellence, it is so disappointing that that Nordstrom has gone to the opposite end of the spectrum. Nordstrom does not even carry the shoe in the store in my state so I could not have tried it on before buying. And then I lose the sale price because I needed a different size? This is not the way to treat loyal customers. I love the shoes, so I am going to purchase them even if I have to pay full price. I will just order them from Saks or Bloomies.

These are so cute and look exactly like the photo. There’s cushion on the inside, so they have to be comfortable and they seem very well constructed. Not as heavy as I thought they’d be. Unfortunately the size I ordered wasn’t in the box. I ordered an 8.5. The 8.5 box arrived with a size 7 inside. Will be returning to get the true size I wanted.
