Fit is off
I love Black Halo dresses and have numerous different styles. The fit of this dress is off. I purchased my usual size and the hips are fitted, but the stomach area is baggy. Alterations wouldn't make a difference. The side tie is also odd and doesn't look right. Two stars for the pretty color.
