Arizona Rivets Studded Slide Sandal (Women)

To start off, my package was wrecked when I opened it. For the amount I paid, I expected better. The shoe box was broken and open, held together by a rubber band. The shoes looked tried on. The buckles were undone on one shoe. I don't know if I want to keep these. This is my second pair of Birks but I'm unsure if I love them or not.

This is my third pair of Birks ordering from Nordy- the Birk Blue box is flimsy and should be shipped out in a cardboard show box, came in a plastic envelope bag and box was destroyed and being held together by a clear elastic band - barely! There were no molds in the sandals, nor stuffed tissue paper,buckles were undone and just a mess, the sandals fit right and the suede is soft, rivets/studs look great. They almost look like a khaki color. But the whole presentation and receipt of packaged could have been handled better. For the price of these, they should be pristine upon arrival and they were NOT! Still deciding if I’m going to keep them, they are unworn from what I can tell. Nordy online shipment or Q/A or Q/C people need to do better! (Quality assurance /Quality control)

I should have known while i was looking to buy this sandle it said my size 7 was sold out. But then suddenly it said there was 1 yet still available. So I bought it and recieved it in 3 days! Not the original April 27th expecting date. It had been clearly worn, not just tried on. A piece of scrunched up tissue paper in the box. My niece asked if it was Amazon?! No it was from Nordstrom! I said. Her responce was, No way! Yes way. Oh well send it back and I am sure theyll make it right. Quality control you missed one.
