Bettey Frame Clutch

Pro: Purchased the Gold and it's beautiful. Will be used on Formal attire nights on a super luxury cruise. Con: I was so excited to see the quality of this clutch only to find deep scratches in the gold snap. The scratches are significant enough to create cuts on your hand to open/close. It's definitely a manufacturer defect and should have been caught by quality control as it's not not a cheap bag. Going out of my way to order another one (wait 5-7 days) and to drive across town (45 minutes each way) to return the defective one. Hopefully, the replacement will be satisfactory as my trip quickly approaches.

Absolutely beautiful…silver & gold. Surface layer has some give & not super hard. I had to issues. 1 - the top buckle part arrived scratched, even though there was a protective plastic on it. Even though the purse was wrapped & placed in a large box with additional padding, I don’t believe it got damaged in the shipping process. 2 - my iPhone 15 plus & bulky case does not fit in easily & doesn’t leave room for much else. If you want to store a smaller device & can buy it in person to check the quality…I’d highly recommend it.
