Nice work backpack, good handles

I really like the design of this bag - a sleek professional backpack but not to "book bag-ish". It has good handles to carry by hand, which is a must for me. The chocolate mauve color is definitely more brown than the taupe I was hoping for, and I ultimately returned it because the laptop sleeve is too generous for my 13" laptop and I wanted a somewhat tighter fit.

only fits the basics

I originally bought this bag to use day to day in the office and as a carryon since it is advertised as "convertible." It looks and feels nice but is only big enough for the basics. I could fit my laptop, planner, book, notebook, 1 liter toiletry bag, and charger bag in the main compartment plus sunglasses, pens, ect in the front pocket. There was no remaining space to pack a lunch/snacks or a sweater. I think this could be a great bag if you only need to pack a few items but it was not what I was looking for. If you have any issues DO NOT email Samsonite. It is an AI bot that is so unhelpful. I had to call to speak to a real person about the return because the bot kept repeating that there was no record of my order and that I should request a refund through PayPal.

Good features

It is a great bag but I wish it had larger space to hold my tumbler. Would have been perfect. Or maybe would have had compartment for bottle on the inside.
