Halter Charmeuse Gown

I love this dress. I tried it in multiple colors in a few different stores and ordered it in several sizes. I’m 5’3 and wear mostly mediums and 6/8 in j crew. The 8 was falling off, the 6 drooped & the 4 fit very comfortably. I’m fairly rectangular in shape and have a smaller chest so the cut of the dress may cause it to fit bigger on me than someone with curves. The satin moves very nicely as you walk and it’s flattering. The olive is darker in person than the stock photo but very lovely. The tie back is elegant and adjustable. The downside- I’ve ordered this dress from Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s & macys in order to try different colors & sizes and almost all had pulls in the fabric in different spots or either water or body lotion/oil? marks. Leads me to believe I’ll only wear it once. On sale it’s a great buy but I wouldn’t pay almost $300 for it

This dress is so so so beautiful. The fabric looks luxurious. I bought the red for a black tie holiday party. The cut is so flattering. I will probably knot the neck and then tie the bow so there are no wardrobe malfunctions. And I had to get the dress hemmed (size small, 5'4"). But this is an absolutely gorgeous and very sexy dress without being low cut. Very classy.
