Berle
After emigrating from Poland in the 1900s, brothers Philip and Hyman Berlinsky opened a men's clothing store in Charleston, South Carolina. In the 1940s, they started designing and creating their own trousers, and today Berle is run by the fourth generation of the family. Waist great...hips too tight.
Very nice looking pair of pants and loved the elastic waist but was way too tight around the hips/legs. Had to return. Ordered a very similar but different style from Berle (same size) which fit perfectly.
