Bennett Corset Strapless Fit & Flare Cocktail Dress

Buy. This. Dress. (In a size up) I usually can fit into a size small plus cup for this brand but have been striking out lately with these new releases (I’m 5’4”, 135lb, 34DD, and generous backside). I decided to get this dress in a size medium plus cup and it fit beautifully. The material is light and has wonderful movement and the corset is very supportive! I don’t feel like I’m at risk of popping out or of it sliding down when I move. So feminine and pretty and perfect for so many different occasions! Highly recommend!

This dress is gorgeous! Material is light, almost a chiffon-like. Excellent quality! The waist is much smaller than the fit guide indicates. The small says it fits waist 25.5-28 inches. My waist is 27 inches, and it would not zip, and gapped open at least 2 inches. When measured the waist lying flat, it was 12 inches across - that’s a 24 inch waist! Maybe it’s an x-small that was mislabeled as a small? And there is no stretch or give. I plan to exchange for a size medium, but I’m nervous even that won’t fit.

The dress has this weird pink hue to it. I feel like Nordstrom sent me a fake bc not only did it not have the typical pink ribbon, there was a lipgloss or something similar sewn into one of the tulle underneath the dress. It was not a pocket I couldn’t get it out???? Save your $ or maybe just buy from the original website.
