Bellini Woven Handle Bag

I received the order in a shoe box and thought it was a package from China as it arrived in a much smaller box than what it should've been in, so it was pretty cramped and just messy. This is not the customer service standard I am accustomed to as a Nordstrom Ambassador with years as a customer, as well. The bag is also smaller than expected. I don't have a picture unfortunately because I had to rip the package to shreds to open it and I don't save packaging earn receiving items from China because it's extremely expensive to ship them back.
