Belle Off the Shoulder Long Sleeve Mermaid Gown

I am absolutely disgusted with Nordstrom’s quality. I received a dress that was worn, dirty, and damaged. The dress smelled like body order and was ripped at the seams. The “do not remove” ribbon was already cut and the dress overall was IN NO CONDITION TO BE SENT OUT! I paid over $300 for a dress that was dirty ripped and disgusting. I am so disappointed with Nordstrom and lack of quality customer service. The representative made no effort to make things better for such an inconvenience and simply offered a return. Nordstrom do better to ensure your products are in quality condition!!!!!
