Gallito Slide Sandal (Women)

I'm a huge fan of Beek and their shoes. The memory foam insole is insanely comfortable and I love the colors they release each season. As I said in the title, I own seven pairs of these - yes, it's an addiction. They are great to walk in, and they are not too snug (I don't have a wide foot but I have an issue if a shoe is cut narrow). Beyond all of that - this is a small California-based business owned by two women - and I love supporting their vision.

I usually wear 6.5-7, and found that even the 6 was a little loose. The main issue is that instead of tightening towards the toe, the band around the top of the foot is the same width across the widest part of the foot up to the toes, making the band SUPER loose around the toe area. In the images, the band seems to be tapered smaller towards the toes which is ideal, but I bought multiple styles, colors, and sizes from this brand and found they were all consistently too big towards the toes. Wanted to love based on the classy design and expected high quality for price point, but severely disappointed.
