wrong necklace
Like other shoppers an ugly plastic heart was mailed vs the actual necklace. Very disappointing.

Angry Shopper
I ordered the beach Cliff gratitude necklace. It was on sale at Nordstrom's for $19.00. instead of having it shipped from Nordstrom's the necklace I received came directly from Aaron McDermott. They sent me the rope and heart necklace pictured above that is nothing like the beach cliff. So now I have to go through the process of returning that necklace to Nordstrom's who never send it to begin with, as well as the fact that Nordstrom's now shows it is not available to order. But if I go look at Erin McDermott it's available there at full price! This is like baden's switch. I am very unhappy.

Received wrong necklace
This company “Erin McDermott” has problem filling orders!! Wrong order received. I received 2 necklaces not even carried by Nordstrom. And Nordstrom was wonderful helping with refund and trying to get me the merchandise I ordered. The company sent wrong necklaces on 2nd attempt. Thus, will no longer order Erin McDermott jewelry.
