Size up - armholes/chest are abnormally small

I've never had this issue with Doen clothes, but the chest and armholes are extremely tight. So much that I'm starting to wonder if they messed up the measurements. I had to size up one size, but I'm even contemplating going up 2 sizes for this one.

Beautiful dress and color run small

This dress is really beautiful. The color is a little darker in person, but it’s gorgeous very periwinkle blue and the lace work is very charming. However, the chest area is very tight so I would definitely suggest sizing up for more room. I don’t even have a big chest and it’s uncomfortably tight on me. I’m going to have to return for a size medium in hopes that it fits.
