I really like using these
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like using these patches - they totally work to calm me for about 4 hours. Then the affects lift a bit, for me, but using them when i need them as almost as a rescue helps, the only thing i dont like is the residue they leave on your arm. Not too bad, though,

Does not stick well
When I tried Be Calm for the first time, I cleaned and dried the area where I placed the patch. An hour later, the patch started to peel off and eventually fell off. Also, I didn’t notice any difference while taking this patch.

Worth the money.
