How to use: Get naked. Fill the tub half way. Add in 1-2 cups of HINOKi under running water and get in. You've earned it! For optimal benefits, use 3-4 times per week or as needed. Soak for at least 30 minutes to allow ample time for magnesium to absorb into the skin transdermally.
