Heels droop and look awful

The shoes are very attractive UNTIL I PUT THEM ON. The heels have no body. The droop toward the sole and my heels slosh around inside them. I have had espadrilles in the past with a little pleat at the heal that made the fit attractive. Fix this problem and I will love your shoes. Now, I am embarrassed by them.

Love these espadrilles

Usually I wear the ankle strapped espadrilles ~ have about 5 pairs ~ these are my first barcalonettes and I love them. They stretch to conform to my feet. Very comfortable! Love the print. Reminds me of the beach in Barcelona

Uncomfortable

None of the shoes I tried - and I tried 5 different models - were comfortable. I have Viscata flats from several years ago and those are amazingly comfortable, but the new ones aren’t as good anymore.
