Just Doesn't Fit

I wanted to love this hat - had everything I was looking for - bucket shape, water repellant, lightweight... but I tried both a Small and a Medium and neither fit. A strong breeze would have blown this hat right off my head. I could not get it to sit securely on my head. Returned both sizes.

Cute hat!

Nice hat matches my Winter Defence jacket,but the lining is a different color plaid than the Winter Defence Jacket. bought a size Med, the small was too tight.
