item was damaged/scratched
The bracelet is cute overall. However, it came with scratches on plaque pendant. I felt so embarrassed to gift this to a bride to be. Could not do it. This item will be returned. I will add, I contacted the company and they told me that due to the production and engraving processes specific to the Banks Bracelets all of the plaques will have some sort of imperfection. If I were to order specifically from their webpage they would try their best to choose the best looking Mrs Banks Bracelet for me. Buyer beware.
