- Thyme - an essential oil extracted from the plant Thymus vulgaris. Using thyme oil on your skin can help to reduce stress and anxiety. Thyme oil has a calming effect on your nervous system and can promote relaxation as well as improved sleep, which is essential for your overall health and well-being.
- Chamomile - Part of the daisy family, chamomile is a soothing and anti-inflammatory plant extract as well as a potent antioxidant. It is famous for its ability to help calm sensitive skin
- Comfrey - A shrub that's been used in medicine for thousands of years, Comfrey is known to make skin softer, more elastic, and supple, and prevents wrinkles.
- Cornflower - Centaurea cyanus is a plant more commonly known as cornflower. Its extract can have skin-calming properties.
- Hazelnut oil - rich in vitamin E and fatty acids, which create a natural oil barrier that helps skin retain water and avoid dryness. Hazelnut oil contains tannins, which are antioxidants that can help fight oxidative stress, a contributor to skin aging.
- Lavender - used for centuries for its purported antifungal properties and to reduce inflammation. Many cultures have used lavender in medicinal preparations and in cooking. In spa therapies lavender is primarily used for its aromatherapeutic benefits as the scent is very calming and helps to induce relaxation.
- Sweet Almond and Olive Oil - nourish skin with intensive moisture. A natural skincare remedy, Sweet almond oil and Olive Oil contain many nutrients that are good for the skin, including vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and antioxidants.
- Apricot Kernel Oil - Emollient plant oil pressed from the seeds of apricots. It provides skin-smoothing, and antioxidant benefits.

Good unisex scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the scent of this shower gel — it’s clean, subtle, and truly unisex, which I love. It feels refreshing and creates a nice ritual in the shower. However, for my skin type it didn’t provide enough hydration, and I felt like I needed extra moisturizer afterward. Overall, a lovely fragrance, just not hydrating enough for my personal needs.
