Khai Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

My sandals came with the jewelry broken off the strap. When I called to have it exchanged I was told that I had to pay for another pair while I sent the damaged ones back, and I’ll be refunded when the return is received, even though it was their error sending a damaged pair of shoes out. There was no express shipment since I wanted to wear it next week. I asked if I could just go to the store and I was told that it only in the warehouse so if I wanted another pair I’ll have to pay and wait for another regular shipment.

I love this shoe and will now be purchasing the green ones because they are just fabulous all the way around. I own many Lou***** shoes and why spend that kinda $$$ when you have this brand that is just as gorgeous and more comfortable too!! A Wang shoes are truly like candy.....can't stop at one piece! Beautiful
