I personally loved the bag looking at the online pictures available, but seeing the bag in person isn’t worth the $ spent! There isn’t any lining in the inside of the bag, it is just so rough, but the lock isn’t something that you can do on the go. And it doesn’t hold its shape. I really want to return it, but since I had to travel, I couldn’t!

Hi, frankly speaking i am upset with the bag. This is my second unit from TB. . There was a defect on the first unit, same for this second unit (Ava) . I m unable to put the strip to the metal hook. I was told to push hard and press the strip to the closure-metal hook. . It claims this is a luxury bag. It is unacceptable for me to have to press the strip hard to fit the closure. Exchanging another unit will cost me shipping cost and risk of losing the bag during transition.
