Best makeup/foundation brush
The best makeup brush investment you will ever make! I can not apply tinted moisturizer without it. It totally evens it out and looks flawless. Make sure you follow the instructions on how to clean it and do not apply a lot of pressure.

Didn't even make it a year
Handle snapped as I was applying powder foundation. Checked my receipt, purchased 12/6/16. What a let down.

Dissatisfied
The brush does gives a very smooth and streak free foundation. The reason I'm rating it low is because I only had it for four months before it broke! The head snapped of the neck of the brush! I followed the directions and never put extra pressure on it. It's just too expensive a brush to get such a short use out of it. I think the powers that be need to re-examine it's construction.

Plastic snapped in half
This brush handle snapped in my hand today it turns out it’s made out of cheap white plastic I called artist directly and they refuse to stand by their product be where cheaply made

Artis Elite Smoke Oval Brush 7
I have been hearing about Artis brushes for quite some time and I finally broke down and purchased one. I like the dense, soft bristles and the brush feels heavenly on the skin.
It makes the tiniest bit of foundation go so far and it really does give a smooth, flawless finish but I found the brush took some getting used to. I have always used traditional brushes so the curved handle felt a little awkward. I am sure I’ll get used to it eventually because I finish it gives to my foundation has me reaching for it more than my other brushes.
I like the size of the Oval seven and think the 8 might be too large.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I'm thinking about buying one of the smaller brushes to apply my concealer.

Excellent Brush -works so well
Love this brush; it is so soft and gentle to the face and more importantly, it truly works well to blend foundation on my face. The size of the brush and the handle fit perfectly with my hands. I am looking into getting further brushes for my eyes as well.
