Arte Ankle Strap Pearl Heel Sandal

First, this is not purely about Nordstrom, but mainly about the third party valet seller for Freya Rose. I would remind the community here to triple think before buying anything from this seller! If I could, I would even rate zero star or negative points for this seller… This is the worst online shopping experience I had so far… I purchased this pair of shoes online, size 38. When I got it, there are some scratches already, and the sole does not look like new either, damaged to me. I decided to return it due to damaged item, plus the size a little bit small. So I returned it by online procedures and the drama begins. Days later I got an email from Nordstrom saying the return got declined (first time I got declined for a return in my whole life!) without any written reason… I called the number in email and have to drop after waiting more than 1 hr no response, each time. After more than one week, I got the item shipped back to me directly… Still, no written reason or any communication from Nordstrom or the third party seller, even a shipment tracking notification. This further proves they are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They only want to make money, no caring of quality or customers’ satisfaction at all.

I nearly didn't buy these after seeing another review, but I am so glad I did! These are the most incredible shoes I have ever owned. The craftsmanship of the pearl heels is unlike anything else I've seen before, and in person, they're even more beautiful than I imagined! Bought them for my best friend's wedding, and even though they're high, I lasted all day and night. I got so many compliments!
