How to use: For classic liner, with the eye open and looking straight into the mirror, use the side of the graphic pen to mark the desired thickness in the center of the eye. Using the tip, connect from the inner corner to the center of the eye. Connect from the outer corner to the center without extending too far out from the natural lash line. For winged liner, start by applying the classic liner technique. Next, follow the lower lash line in an upward angle and use the side of the felt-tip applicator to connect from the outer eye towards the center of the eye in one sweeping motion. Use the tip of the graphic pen to perfect the line of the eye.
