APL
Luxury meets performance in athletic shoes from APL. The brand's original Concept 1 basketball shoe featured groundbreaking Load 'N Launch technology that instantly increased vertical leap—so much so that it was banned by the NBA for providing undue competitive advantage. Today, APL running shoes feature their Propelium tech, which offers incredible cushioning and maximizes energy generation, no matter how far you're going. Plus, their innovative designs and color palettes are a slam dunk.

LOVE comfy and stylish
I have wide flat feet and these shoes fit me perfectly, not too narrow. Not sure why other reviews mention the shoe being hard to put on, never had that issue. Have used it for long walks and runs they’re my favorite to wear right now. The price point is high, but I personally love shoes so when I find one I love, I splurge! I find the style unique and the comfort makes it worth it.

Cute shoe, 0 performance value
These are very cute shoes, but they have 0 traction the bottoms are basically like running on bald sneakers they are SO slick. Also, pretty hard to get into and keep laces tied. Keeping them because I already wore them, but wouldn't buy if you are actually looking for a performance tennis shoe to do any sort of running/interval training in them. Plus they are very over priced for what they are!

Price point vs support
I have tried every APL style, all with the same complaint the cushion wear... that being said I love the imporved support in the Streamline, hate the price doubled.
5 stars- SUPPORTIVE cushion, great styles/ colors.
2 stars- PRICE point increase, sizing is SMALLER than my other styles.
Ultimately returned...

runs small, no lycra
These run small, in the other APL styles, I’m a 6-6.5, and my foot is a true 6, but I opted for a 7 in these. In addition, there is no Lycra on the tongue like the other APL styles, so it is stiffer and more difficult to get on and off. Plus, it is less comfortable because the laces dig in.
You have to wear long socks, because the back gave my heel a blister.
All in all, only keeping them as street shoes because they are stylish, but i probably won’t be working out in them.

No
These shoes gave me extreme shin splints, an ongoing pain in my tow joint and makes my big toes feel like they’re peeling back. They’re cute but I would NOT recommend these

very comfy, but a little tough to put on
I've had other APL shoes before, and none are anywhere near as comfortable as this one. The base is quite large/bulky, but it feels great to walk in (I haven't tried running yet, but I have gone on long walks). My only real complaint is that I find them a little difficult to put on - the laces don't move in and out of the holes as freely as many other sneakers, so I've found that these take more effort to put on. That said, once they're on, I really like them. I wish they came in more solid colors - the Rose Dust is a great neutral, but I wouldn't mind a darker pair too. As to size, I usually wear a 6.5, and that size worked well for me in these.
