Shortened return policy leaving me no choice
I bought these because I love the feminine shape to them. They are a bit narrow so I adjusted the strap, however when you adjust it to the last notch, they don’t tuck in the buckle causing the strap to stick straight out. Looks tacky which is a bummer because I love the shoe. The leather strap also rubbed against my big toe cuticle which was very uncomfortable. Usually I would wait a while and see if I could make them work for me but nordy snuck in a new return policy making it hard to shop with confidence anymore. This is also a bummer because they are known for supporting customers confidence. Idk why they changed but it also changed how I shop here now, changed my confidence in their products and is saving me a ton of money due to hesitation lol. Getting back to the shoe.. I’ll be returning them before time runs out. Bye dolls!!
