Shrunk after washing
I bought these pants about 10 days ago and washed them in cold water and dried them on medium heat. They shrunk about 2 inches in length. I am tall so the pants look ridiculous now.

This is my day to day pant but the length is too s
I wear these at least a couple of times a week, but simply do not understand the point of a 28" inseam. These cannot be altered for length, so unless I am going very casual, they aren't suitable for work. I know EF sometimes makes 30" inseam and implore the brand to do that more often. There are easily as many of us who are tall as there are petite, but yet clothing always looks like a mistake with this inseam. (Mine is 31".) Wider pants in particular look terrible when they are short.

Not for a straight, slim body
I ordered this jean a month ago. Love, love, loved the Cotton Stretch Denim fabric in the dark indigo color but the style is not for me. The size & shape of the leg is good. But as a number of reviewers have stated, the style (size Small) is too baggy through the hips, at least on my 5'8"/135 lbs. straight frame. This jean would look best on a curvy figure.

runs big
I love these jeans, got XXS, but they are too large. I weigh 120 lbs., not at all tiny. They are supposed to be baggy, yes, and they are very comfortable, nice denim, except I want to keep hiking them up--they need to make these in 3XS

YES TO COTTON STRETCH LANTERN JEANS!
This pant is the "traditional" lantern shape. The fabric has just enough stretch to make it totally comfortable but still chic. I own it in navy and black and plan to buy an additional pair in each color. I'm hoping Eileen Fisher will continue this "traditional" shape as their newest lantern pants are totally shapeless!
